Multiple rounds with team members, hiring managers, and a project. The hiring manager was not transparent about the interview process and was quite misleading regarding what to expect. Completly misquoted process during initial call. Ended up being rejected for something that was not cited as a requirement during the process. As a passive candidate, would not have gone through the interview process in the first place if there was more transparency.
