I met with recruiter first who reached out via email. It was easy to schedule time with her and she was very kind. I then was asked to meet with the hiring manager. I did need to follow up, however, because I did not hear back in a timely manner. It’s worth nothing that there were discrepancies between the job posting, what the recruiter shared on our call, and what the hiring manager shared during our interview. It appears they have a LOT that they haven’t ironed out internally yet. In hindsight, it was probably a positive thing I was not asked to continue on in the process. I wanted to form my own opinions, but I could see where the overwhelming negative reviews come from. I was sent a generic email following my conversation with the hiring manager that I will not be continuing in the process. My email requesting feedback was ignored.
