Then, after that, there was no discussion, but instead I was immediately asked about my work output, specifically how many assets per week I am physically able to produce. Yikes... sounds like they are in need of a large volume of paid social materials. I wasn't really comfortable putting a number on that. He insisted I guess. It was weird. This is a senior role where the expectation is usually to oversee plenty of processes as well as mentor others. I'm not a workhorse. Leave those questions to juniors. After the interview I withdrew my candidacy.
