Ghosted after 2 months and 5 interviews! I applied for the Training Specialist role at Quince on March 17, 2025 and had my first interview with the Manager of Learning and Development (hiring manager) on 4/4/25. I was advanced to a 2nd round interview with the Manager of Operations on 4/14/2025 and then invited to meet with the Manager of Retention for a 3rd interview on 4/25/25. I was advanced again to what I was told would be 4th "final step" interview to present my case study before a panel of 5 company leaders on 5/9/25, which went well (based on their feedback). After my 4th interview, I was then invited again to a 5th "Final" interview on 5/19/25 with VP of CX . During each step of the hiring process, I received positive feedback from the hiring manager and good communication on next steps in the process. However, after my 5th interview I've apparently been GHOSTED with "0" communication or update on my status. I've reached out via email to the hiring team (Manager of L&D , VP of CX, and Recruiting Coordinator) and they are simply unresponsive. It was a lengthy 2 month hiring process that ran smoothly until being ghastly ghosted in the end. I can accept that I did not get the role, just not being ghosted. Finding a good job is hard enough... Don't waste time with Quince.
