Interview process was four rounds, one of which was a case study. Recruiter was super responsive. I ended up in the last round being interviewed by leadership who from the get-go was distracted and seemed uninterested. I ended up not getting an offer because I “didn’t understand incrementality”. This was a clear excuse because it is a big part of my experience and I explained it perfectly during the meeting. The role was open for another four months after the rejection and refreshed every two-or-so weeks. It gave me the feeling like they were primarily interviewing people to get an understanding of what competitors were up to and how they could improve their own business growth
