Company Review for Quince – Interview Process I recently went through the recruitment process at Quince, and unfortunately, it was a highly unprofessional and frustrating experience. The process involved four rounds of interviews: An initial phone call. A meeting with the Indian Head. A meeting with the Hong Kong Head. A final meeting with the US Head. After these rounds, I received an offer confirmation email where I was asked to submit all my personal data. However, after complying with their request, the communication abruptly stopped. When I followed up with HR, they informed me that there was a new Indian VP and that I would need to undergo yet another interview round. To make matters worse, Quince requested details of my competitive offer under pressure, implying that I needed to share this information as my potential joining date approached. Despite providing them with the details, I never received any final decision or follow-up. This entire process spanned over a month, and yet the company failed to provide clarity or closure. It reflects a poorly managed and disorganized recruitment procedure, especially for a company of Quince’s standing. For candidates considering opportunities with Quince, I would advise being cautious and prepared for delays, lack of transparency, and inconsistent communication. A recruitment process should be a reflection of a company's values, and this experience left much to be desired.
