Quince Sample Coordinator interview questions

I was contacted and interviewed by a recruiter after applying through LinkedIn and asked to move forward immediately for a second interview with the Senior Merchandise Manager. I appreciated that the recruiter was familiar with a studio environment and had a solid understanding of the role of a Sample Coordinator. The second interview was scheduled a week and a half after the first, and the recruiter provided me with information to help me learn more about Quince in preparation. I went into the second interview believing that the Sample Coordinator role was on-set and involved working in a creative environment. I believe the recruiter shared this understanding, given her background. Additionally, the job description suggested that it was similar to that type of role. However, during the interview, I quickly realized that the Sample Coordinator position was more focused on marketing than I had anticipated. This was evident since I was interviewed by the Senior Marketing Manager. It seemed like she may have already had someone in mind for the role because she appeared disinterested and was rushing through the process. I received a rejection letter almost two weeks later. Fortunately, I secured a Sample Coordinator position immediately after with another company that is in a studio environment.
