Quince Senior Creative Strategist interview questions

I'm so bummed that I have to write this review because the process started off great and I was excited about the opportunity. A Quince recruiter reached out to me via Linkedin about an open role and the process was pretty straightforward/quick, until the "case study" portion. I was assigned a case study project that was the most time-consuming I've ever had to complete as a job candidate. I didn't mind though, because I enjoyed the work and was excited for the opportunity to prove my qualifications for the role. For whatever reason, the interview was condensed to 30 mins when scheduled (it's normally 45-60, per the recruiter's email) and I was rushed through the presentation. It was also made clear when the project was assigned that it was NOT a presentation, but a conversation-starter that would be discussed and that I'd be asked questions. Knowing that this WAS an actual presentation would have changed my entire approach... I would have focused more on the visual aspect vs. spending all of my time on the actual content. After this round, I was ghosted by the recruiter and didn't even receive feedback on the project I put together (even "that was terrible" would have been appreciated over getting ghosted). The amount of work I put into the project was so detailed that Quince could actually use my work as it was... and I feel taken advantage of as a candidate for this reason. This company needs to get it together because I've seen other reviews stating the same thing and they're going to lose out on quality candidates because of it. My time was totally wasted - it's one thing to not land a role, but to allow someone to put so much time into essentially free labor disguised as an interview process and then disappear without providing feedback/updates is another.
