The interview process felt unprofessional. I was given a case study after the first round and the recruiter admitted to have missed my multiple emails with the case study deliverable and my follow-ups. Then I was told that they decided to put the role on hold and if it comes back, it will be a SF hire instead of remote. But the recruiter did mention they would still send my case study to the team. My time felt wasted on a project that wasn't going anywhere. Perhaps they would use it for their own ads. And the email notifying me of this update looked like a copy and paste from chatGPT with the dashes and all.
