Reached out to the recruiter about the opening who in turn called me. The telephonic discussion was a disaster as the recruiter, who I'm sure was untrained and inexperienced, was condescending, aggressive and unprofessional with his attitude and questions. He got impatient while I asked him to repeat himself as I could barely hear him ( I was put on speaker and could hear the echo of my own voice) and nearly barked at me. The experience left me feeling judged and belittled. Being in HR myself and having interviewed candidates across various functions, I strongly sensed he did not know what he was doing. Halfway through the interview I had decided that I was not interested in being associated with the company. I believe a candidate's interview experience is a direct reflection of the company's culture and as disappointed as I am to say this, this has been my worst experience!

Question 1
The questions were mostly based on my experience as stated in my resume.
Had several interviews over 5 weeks. Seemed they didn't really know what they were seeking in the hire for the role. Would have had to continue through several more steps so ultimately withdrew.
I applied online. I interviewed at UiPath (Sydney) in Jan 2022
Interview
Cannot get the connection with interviewer n TA… feels abit robotic.. could not feel the drive in them. More like running thru hiring process… but maybe I’m not so sure abt the company culture, it could be ok for the rest of the interviewees.. juz didn’t vibe in my case.

Question 1
Standard interviewing questions. No difficult but I just didn’t feel like want to impress.
I applied online. I interviewed at UiPath in Mar 2021
Interview
Recruiter call, hiring manager call, full interview loop, final round call - all virtual of course. Interviewers were well prepared, unrushed, and there was generally enough time to talk. Perhaps an extra 10 minutes would have allowed a little more time to develop the conversation. Appreciated a break midway in full loop.
