Interview
I applied online and then received email inviting me to an interview; I first had a group interview which was quite fun. They gave us sheets of paper with information about bakery products on, and we got customer profiles. We had to decide what product was suitable for which customer. In this interview the key thing to do is have your voice heard but do not overpower anyone else; let other people also have an input and respect their opinions. After this, there was a 1-2-1 interview. The interviewer asked me about myself and seemed quite informal.
