The application process was very long but once I finished that and had my interview, the rest of the process was fairly quick and simple. I had only two interviews which were a group interview and one on one interview

Then had a group and individual interview.
Group interview, you had to work together with the other candidates to put together an answer or how you would react to a situation.
In the individual interview they ask you scenario questions about what you would do on the shopfloor etc.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Waitrose (Worcester Park, England) in Aug 2013

there was an online assessment which i passed and i was then called for a group interview. The group interview was very relaxed, we had to do a few exercises together, selling a product asa group. i had passed that stage and was called for a one to one final interview which was pretty relaxed as the manager was actually new. the final stage was concentrated on customer service
