Two men interviewed me, a female. Sexist and no interest of ever giving me the job albeit head office sending me there. I am well and beyond qualified for the position. Maybe they felt threatened. Waste of my time. Waitrose, Southend.

Interview with two middle managers they would both ask questions.
Left me alone to work on a shift plan .
How I react to time restrictions . Felt the interview was very casual .
Fairly Simple, a short 20 minute task Prioritising jobs then some 1 on 1 questions. Was nothing too extreme, fairly quick and easy going. I had to pitch and explain my choices to the two managers and give my reasoning for each choice with allocated time slots
