There was a group assessment, we were split up into two tables and was given a scenario and had to discuss the solutions to the scenario given. After this there was a 1:1 interview.

Group scenario. Six tasks, six partners to choose from & assign to each task. Work together as a team & then present to two managers. Then had a 1-1 interview. All very relaxed & friendly.

Interview
The actual physical interview was very brief, more like a chat with a few questions and clarification of my online appliction, felt informal and fine. Then there was meant to be a group activity type thing but as there was only two of us in this instance we did it individually, its basically a written scenario which they ask you to sort out in terms of how you would deal with the issues set out - ie you arrive for your shift and these are the things that need doing - how would you prioritize them etc, there are no real right or wrong answers they are just looking to see if you have common sense I think.
