Phone interview was very cut and dry. Very basic interview questions. Interviewer was professional but robotic. Essentially it wasn’t too bad but could tell immediately after hanging up it wasn’t a match. Also, they want to drug test you for a restaurant job. A.) it’s weird for a job to ask for your bodily fluids in exchange for work. B.) everybody knows that everybody who works in restaurants is on something.

Interview
Very much a tell me about yourself interview. Asked a few behavioral questions like tell me about a time when or what would you do in this situation. I applied in person and submitted a handwritten application, I heard back and was asked to interview about a week later. Had the face to face interview and then was offered the job. The orientation and training process was pretty long but I have been very happy with the company. Have stayed for three years ( through my college career) and have had plenty of opportunities to move up and the benefits are great.
