Wood Project Engineer interview questions

Applied online, went for an interview, HR and Management didn't show up, they were too busy having Coffee. So the interview was a complete waste of Time. I did get an offer which we agreed on only to have HR call back a couple of days later saying sorry we are now offering you 40% less......... Ar Thanks but No Thanks!
