The field staff are wonderful. Working with them is an absolute treat.
Cons
The management is so out of touch. They do not care about employees or patients. They’re completely focused on numbers and have no issue overworking staff, cutting corners, ruining families lives, and pursuing patients with no donation pathway. They’re trying have no compassion for others and are only out to save their job. The upper management only surround themselves with Yes Men and fire anyone who questions their decisions or pushes back. You will be scared for your job constantly and be put in uncomfortable situations that cause you to advocate for yourself and basic human dignity of your patients.
On top of that- because of the bad decisions management makes, we have burned about every relationship with the hospitals in the state of SC. Most hospitals absolutely hate working with us. Nursing staff is rude and will kick you off the unit and you’ll get a lot of pushback from physicians to do anything donations related.
