Pros

You dont have to talk to anyone at the company, it all comes through on your email. Breaks, lunches, time off. You are responsible for yourself.

Cons

You can not force people to purchase contacts. When a customer calls you have to upgrade them to more boxes. You must meet a quota every month.

Pros

This is a fast paced, high-accountability, highly focused on exceptional service organization. This year we won the Gallup exceptional places to work award. Our customer NPS is an 81! Our organization doesn’t waste time talking, our focus is on doing. It’s refreshing.

Cons

Little time is spent celebrating wins and accomplishments.

Working here has been a genuinely rewarding experience, and a big part of that comes down to the company's core values. This is a place that truly believes in giving opportunities to everyone, regardless of where you're starting from.
