Pros

Great culture, people, and opportunities for advancement. Best company I've ever worked for.

Cons

There aren't many, but I've had some negative experiences with the company's recruiting process. Also, raises can be hard to come by.

Bob Loose is one of the best trainers I have ever had. Training is very in depth. Customers are always happy calling in. So many good benefits.

Cons

working weekends, scheduling can be hard pay is lower than most places

We are so happy to hear your training with Bob, one of our trainers, was such a positive one! We have to agree – we think he's pretty great. :) For our Customer Department associates, one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is a schedule requirement to accommodate the needs of our customers. It would be hard to live answer all calls without this. We hope our many time-off options (PTO, attendance points, flex hours, and the schedule trade board) helped you to get the time you needed even with the weekend requirement. As you know, we are always in pursuit of a better way and our workforce management team is currently evaluating our attendance policies to see how we can make the experience even better. We appreciate you sharing your concerns here and will keep this feedback top of mind as we move forward. Thank you for your time with the organization!
