1010data is the best place I've worked. Having worked at a few companies, I can honestly say that there is a uniqueness to 1010data that makes it a great place to work. First, there is a strong vision for the product and the company. Second, it is a very flat company. There are very few management layers and nothing stops me from walking into the CEO’s office. Third, you are working with very smart and motivated colleagues. This isn’t a company for wallflowers. 1010data attracts very bright people and they will push you to do your best. Fourth, the pay is great and the benefits are above and beyond. Five, it’s a fun place to work. Everyone is collegial and social while focused on getting their work done.

You will be working with very smart individuals who enjoy collaborating and working toward a goal. - Pay is great, benefits even better. - Great company offsite/company gatherings. - Very different technology stack then what is out in the world, if you want to know how things REALLY work and how optimizations are made in real world systems this is a good place to learn. - You can make a difference if you know how to program and understand how to build robust reliable systems. - Its good place for the young, fearless and those that like challenges.
