The people at this employer are by far the best part of the job. I have met some of the most genuine and hard working people here.

Cons

Company has hundreds of salaried and less that 10 on 100% commission. The Mortgage Loan Origination position is a scam. The company needs a few extra bodies each summer to filter through the files it IS NOT a sales position. The turn over is extreme, don't believe the hiring manager. This is a scam, they will take allot of your time and you WILL NOT be payed for it.
