-Great people coworkers and managers were great -Tuition Reimbursement -Flexible schedule

Cons

-Raises are difficult to obtain after the 3rd year or so at least in the CSR position -There can be a high turnover in some branches

It’s a family owed bank and everyone pretty much knows everyone. They really listen to you about your goals and are there for you when your personal life is hitting you like a train.

Cons

There always seems to be a story she in staff but that’s because people are getting promoted, retiring, or are starting a family.
