Very small hotel, easy to coordinate as a single agent

You work so many jobs at once, it’s hard to keep up. If people slack, the work falls on others.

Cons

Management is either unaware of issues or unwilling to address them. HR hires workers who are completely unqualified and many times not legally able to work in the US. Nepotism in certain departments makes everyday work life difficult and uncomfortable. Communication in and between departments is limited and no real care is given to concerns brought up. Training and discipline have no consistency or even clear instructions. No options for career growth or advancement, even with an expressed interest.
