No cubicles, coffee and snacks provided, lots of employee outings, no micro-managing, exciting industry, great leadership, collaborative team members, supportive mentality team

Cons

May get hit with a nerf bullet, sometimes there's too much fun making it difficult to focus, fast-paced environment, if you don't like to be challenged this isn't the place for you.

Smart people. Lovely people.Family run. The owners really care about the staff and the business. They're geeks so enjoy a bit of geekdom and celebrate individuality. Good pay. Happy environment. Professional, get things done environment. I've already recommended to a friend.
