Refreshing to have visibility across the business internally, this in-turn drives the ability for various levels of management to drive efficiency and share work. Positive internal culture around development of individuals and recognising success of teams and the direct contributor. Competitive mindset to win clients, work and extend growth beyond just “my account is bigger than yours” approach. Market competition is clearly set out driving goals across product and marketing initiatives.
Cons
Being a smaller company that is more agile and fast paced does mean high intensity relatively consistently. If you are not able to thrive in a lower direction environment you would struggle. 100% remote business internationally, can make opportunities to speak face to face limited. However this is more the norm in 2020 onwards.
