Pros

great atmosphere really good team they are realistic appreciative and have the right balance of meetings where you can still get your work done

Cons

There were a lot of interviews (could be a pro!) and technically my employer is a UK agency - I would prefer to work not for a 3rd party

Pros

- Fast-growing company with lots of momentum - Supportive, genuinely nice team members - Innovative, forward-thinking product - Remote work setup supports a healthy family life - Leaders who actually take the time to care and keep in touch with your daily work - I would absolutely recommend working here.

Cons

- US-based team means time zone overlap can stretch into evenings - High demand and workload can feel overwhelming at times

Pros

Culture: They've got this nailed. We can be good at what we do and have fun doing it. Everyone from the top down is pulling in the same direction. People: Really great people with really sharp minds that are willing to help each other. Product: The product is genuinely great with many potential use cases, in addition to what we're already doing. I genuinely believe we're only just scratching the surface. Approachable leadership: The leaders here are all really open and approachable. I've only been here a short time but both the CEO and CTO have made time to meet with me a number of times. That says a lot about both them and the organisation.

Cons

Resourcing: Some teams are under-resourced, creating bottlenecks in delivery. Over reliance on certain individuals: People's bandwidth has a limit and certain individuals are overstretched (excessively so). Operations & process: Current structures and processes are at the limit of their ability to scale.
