Poor Management and a decline in business shows what the company is all about. There are s handful of really good people that work at the company, but not many. The outlook for this company is poor at best.

This company will do anything it can to save money, even if it will hurt long term finances. Whenever we needed more computers or accessories, my manager would go on ebay and find the absolute cheapest options available, even if they were mostly junk. I spent half the time I worked there fixing and maintaining 7 to 8 year old hardware, including desktops, laptops, and printers. Everyone complains about how nothing works right and how it's affecting their job, but AccuSpec refuses to buy newer reliable hardware. This dedication to saving money also applies to employee salaries. In their marketing, AccuSpec claims to have some of the cheapest labor rates in the industry, so don't expect to make much working here.
