Office employees spent a significant amount of time everyday trashing other employees behind their backs. Certain managers are unethical, don't care about their personal productively and results, and care more about how they look to others. They may micromanage employees to create mistakes to make the employee look bad. They may lie multiple times about an employee to get them fired. HR goes along with it because its easier even though they're aware of the lies. Employees who lack the capabilities necessary for a position are hired to make the manager look more valuable. Capable employees can be seen as a threat when they start getting things done.

Current ownership group has no experience in the electronics CM industry. It shows in their management hires and budget decisions. Supervisor and engineer positions are often left unfilled. Mandatory OT is a regular occurrence.
