Pros

Good pay rate, Fun environment ( Depend on how you hire) Great in store Perks ( free coffee) Basic job with normal task

Cons

3-4 hours worth of paperwork Absolutely NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE FOR MANAGERS.... it's a 24 hour business, and if someone calls out the manager is stuck! Managers work shifts ( as a cashier) No payroll to do anything ( not even train) Not a great Training environment for cashiers

Pros

Repetetive work, if you prefer or appreciate that kind of labor.

Cons

Mismanaged in many locations, shady business practices such as not "firing" someone but removing from schedules until help is deemed necessary; drawer shortages being framed on shifts or people (corporate policy states, that in any case of missing money, a full audit must be done by an informed corporate representative); Franchisees are known for hiring only family; which limits pool of candidates, for long term employment, infinitely.
