Commission structure is fair- best team to work on is Pharmacy if you want to make any money.

Cons

This company is family owned so be prepared for the family (and all their best friends, neighbors, in-laws, ect) to by pass you....

Family-owned and yet clueless. Also the extensive training on their proprietary software was beneficial.

Cons

None. HR support was a crock. Poor management.

said that after 6 months of working will get hired by the company, Doesn't look like that will happen, But fair enough, I still have high hopes !
