      It is a job with a salary

      Cons

      Salary is well below market value, and unrealistic expectations are put on employees due to the high turnover rate. Office workers are treated unfairly compared to remote worker, some employees in the same exact position are allowed to work remotely while others are not and are required to use PTO if they can't make it into the office.

      Pros

      Whether it is the office spaces, machinery, warehouses or the growing teams, it is clear that the company understands the importance of investing in itself. In addition, the company are very flexible with working from home and everyone is very friendly.

      Parking can be difficult on busy days.

      Cons

      If your position is lower down or not deemed “as important” you’re often over looked. You have to ask if you want a pay raise which Im not a fan of. You don’t have yearly appraisals which I personally think is key to your employees continual growth and reward.
