Pros

Really nice people. Willingness to invest. Fantastic head office - nice working environment. Opportunity to work on products that save people's lives - great! Lots of variety.

Cons

Company has grown very fast - processes are not all in place so feels chaotic in some areas. Benefits package isn't great. Workload is very high - headcount doesn't always match the ambition level!

Pros

Great products developed by engineering, when they finally get released.

Cons

Annual commission cuts increased threshold every year horribly micro managed from the UK. They have absolutely no understanding of the US business culture.

Cons

Ambiguity in Upscaling: As A-SAFE continues to expand its business, there can be moments of ambiguity and uncertainty. The fast-paced nature of growth may sometimes create challenges in terms of clear direction and communication, which can be daunting for some employees. Economic Uncertainty: Like any business, A-SAFE is not immune to economic fluctuations and external factors that can impact stability. Changes in the economic landscape can introduce uncertainty, making it necessary for employees to adapt and navigate through potential challenges. Not Everyone Overcomes Uncertainty: While A-SAFE strives to provide support and opportunities, it's important to acknowledge that not all individuals may successfully navigate the uncertainties that arise.
