      Pros

      I’ve posted a previous review of this company however please look closely at the what seems to be happening with reviews recently. Terrible reviews for years and then 6 five star reviews within one week. It’s obvious the management at the company have asked people to post these. Please rely on the last 2 years reviews as this is the real truth of this company.

      Thank you for taking time to re-visit your previous review and update this. You are correct in that we are actively encouraging current and past employees to post reviews. We take employee experience very seriously and to enhance and improve our workplace, we will always want feedback from as wide a range of people as possible. This should be honest and based on individual experience – good or bad. We employ excellent and very capable people at A-SAFE who can think for themselves and would never feel they should be anything but honest in expressing their opinions. Encouraging staff to give feedback and post reviews is good practice for all businesses, and is something Glassdoor recommends all companies do. Having a broader range of reviews on Glassdoor presents a balanced picture of what it is really like to work at A-SAFE.

      Amazing company overall! - Great staff - Professional Management - Welcoming from day 1! Being part of a big company is something i was worried about when i started. However A-Safe welcomed me with open arms and made my working life very comfortable. I would recommend A-Safe for everyone.

      Cons

      Location is not the easiest to get to if traveling by train.

      Thank you for taking the time to post this review about your time at A-SAFE. I am pleased that you look back fondly on your time working at A-SAFE and I hope you are enjoying whatever you decided to move on to. Although our convenient location just off the M62 and free on-site parking is great for those who travel to work by car, we appreciate your feedback if someone is travelling by train. There are plans for the construction of a new railway station in Elland which will make our location much more accessible for rail commuters from Leeds and Manchester. In the meantime, we are directly accessible via bus routes from all parts of Halifax, Huddersfield and other surrounding areas.

      Innovative products to improve work place safety and Global market leader , high performing business culture, Lots of career opportunities across all departments both in the UK and for those more adventurous internationally. Leadership & training academy for all levels of staff from Apprentices to Directors. internal talent spotting. flexible working People with positive, proactive and 'can do' attitudes will succeed at A Safe

      High performing business culture is not suited to everybody, especially negatively focused people Overall packages are improving with new benefits introduced but still more to do to fall in line with other companies with similar turnover

      Thank you for taking the time to post this review. It's great to hear your view on the opportunities we offer from apprenticeships through to leadership. We appreciate your comments on benefit packages and although we have improved on this recently, we are aware this is something we need to continue to work on to remain a competitive employer of choice and further plans are in place to do so.
