      Pros

      - Great management -All uniform and PPE paid for and provided when starting and gets replaced every year - High standards in regards to safety - Great Working environment -Birthday lunches and cake -Onsite parking and security - Friendly staff -Workload is efficient and manageable

      The newly opened A-Safe gym

      There is no consistency from the management, workers are not valued & everyone is viewed as replaceable. There is not much room for development & career progression once you’re in at A-Safe. One of their most reason choices was declaring a Summer and Christmas shutdown, this resulting in us been deducted 10+ holidays. This doesn’t seem so big but forcing us to take 2 weeks in August during the school holidays when prices of holidays are doubled really isn’t beneficial for people with no children. No employee was given a say in this it was all decided above !

      Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, this is not an accurate reflection of the situation. All vacancies for the business and opportunities for progression are always advertised internally and on the website for colleagues to apply or register their interest. As with any business, we carry out a full and thorough screening process in order to hire the best person for each role. In terms of the summer shut down, this decision was due to business growth and in line with colleagues around the world and industry standards.
