Let's start with the canteen in a porta cabin for past 3 years. Pure embarrassment. Dirty. Only 4 tables. Question is how long are you going to make people spend their breaks in that stinky box? Especially when working nights! It's a pure disgrace! Team leaders (if you can call them this word) have zero people /management skills. People are running between multiple CNCs like headless chickens for 12h. There's no appreciation whatsoever! Non existent training process. You're just left alone on a day one. People are literally walking out in the middle of the shift and not coming back due to some so called team leaders rudeness, lack of basic manners and pure disrespect! Shame there's no option to give zero stars..

If your position is lower down or not deemed “as important” you’re often over looked. You have to ask if you want a pay raise which Im not a fan of. You don’t have yearly appraisals which I personally think is key to your employees continual growth and reward.
