As you are aware, I run the assessment centre group interview last week and I am sorry you felt as though this was a scam. I can assure you, this was not the case and I am sincerely disappointed that this is your view. As you are aware, we interviewed a number of candidates over the 2 days for both SDE and CSM positions. We only had a number of positions available and unfortunately, whilst you were found to be an appointable candidate, you did not score the highest and unfortunately, we no longer had any CSM positions vacant. We did however like you as a person, including your experience and it was felt as though you could add some real value to our business hence why we wanted to give you the opportunity to accept an alternative position. This would have been a mechanism for you to transition into a potential CSM vacancy in the future without the need for you to reapply. I trust this outlines the situation. Many Thanks Charlotte

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, this is not an accurate reflection of the situation. We have reached out to discuss this further on a number of occasions but without success. As you are aware you were in fact AWOL for a period of time and we subsequently tried to contact you to discuss further. Due to the timings in which you were AWOL, you were unfortunately overpaid. Despite letters and emails, you did not make contact with the business until you applied for a further role circa 2 months later out of the blue. As explained at the time, we were not in a position to discuss further employment opportunities with you until we had resolved the previous issues. Many Thanks
