Most people band together to help each other out. Met many good people from the Mailroom to the Top Lawyer throughout the years, most of whom are nice to work with.

Cons

Management promises the world and expects you to sacrifice all to make it happen. Long hours with little regard for your personal life. Bonuses are small compared to similar work in other industries.

Salary is the number one if not only pro.

Cons

Leadership does not care about those under them. They treat them with little to no respect. The bonus catastrophe was a leak into the inner workings of the firm. Everything management does is put together hastily with a bandaid. There is no strategy and it’s starting to be revealed. It’s a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
