Cons

Multi-tier management and commitees make it difficult to get anything accomplished which makes AAA a bit behind the times with digital products and many projects end up being dead end ... but this also depends on the department you work in.

Exceptional Managers and Pizza for everyone who works mandatory overtime.

Cons

Mandatory overtime and working holidays, weekends and nights. There is a long walk from your vehicle to your desk, so you have to be prepared to add an additional half hour to your commute and your 9 hour shift. Therefore, it’s like working an eleven hour day and getting paid for 8.
