it's a job you don't have to "take home" after your shift. defined interactions, not ongoing ones. it's a Club so easy to remember the person on the phone is a member of the Club same as you, so can couch interactioin as Us working together to get you through this best we can.

Cons

production atmosphere, as anywhere in America, where a certain framework must be adhered to, and the usual "American Production" curse of always maximizing production, faster, better, more, but good people.

From the top down, at AAA there is a culture of caring. How wonderful to have an employer who treats its employees (and by extension its members) with respect and dignity. Excellent benefits for individuals and families, multiple opportunities for growth, both professionally and within the company, solid business models that complement each other, and strong leadership at the helm. Also, our diversity is our strength. The people we serve are represented in the company and it's awesome.

Cons

Hybrid schedule can be challenging at times, and team members are often in many different locations, but that's the new normal for you.
