      Since the merger with the northern group, there is nothing good to say...

      Cons

      Upper management has the "Walmart Mentality". No concern for employees, condescending, selfish and will say anything to pacify disgruntled staff. Very sad.

      Pros

      Fully remote work from home is the ONLY Pro.

      Cons

      When I started ACG prided itself on caring for its employees and it showed. As of late, they have decreased our commission, by about $1000 a month…2 months before Christmas. They have also restructured other commissions where you have to work 3 times as hard to break even with what we were currently making. Giving us a $.50 hourly raise, as if that would make a difference. The pay is not able to meet the cost of living, let alone have any additional funds for things like Holidays. Forced to do week long trainings, off the phone, and not get commissionable units during that week. Which is how we are to make any decent money. Literally setting agents up for failure.

      Pros

      Ability to work at home, but that comes with limitations as the hardware they give you is very basic and comes with a slew of problems all on their own.

      Cons

      Mandatory 6 month shift bid, open 24/7, mandatory overtime, they take days off from you and don't give them back, higher ups besides your sup only think of you as a number, no career growth or room to move up.
