      I have nothing good to say about the company.

      Cons

      They will lie about how reliant your job is on sales. during a certain virus related crisis they would rather put employees, who are unable to obtain the means to do their job, on a 90 day leave without pay and telling them they won't be able to file for unemployment during that time period and that if they wanted any kind of pay, they would have to use PTO. instead of taking the responsibility to provide the means for their stranded employees to perform their duties, they decided to care more about the money lining their pockets.

      Literally the Worst Company You Could Possibly Work For

      Are there any? Can't think of any.

      Management is unprofessional, pay is low, 'The customer is always right'- but be ready to literally have that slapped in your face & screamed at you every day. They don't care about their employees at all. You're a butt in a seat.

      Pros

      You got employee discounts for many attractions such as Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center. There was no weekend work unless you were in sales or other departments.

      Cons

      employees treated like dirt beyond strict and archaic rules forced to "sell" credit cards when it wasn't part of the job description forced to "upsell" other products forced to make cold sales calls, also not part of job descpription hostile work environment
