      Decent pay and benefits if you can afford them.

      Cons

      Lack of support, constant pressure to reach unsustainable goals, extremely long service times will make you end up with a bad review which affects your performance, will not pay you for your shift if their systems are frozen which they are all the time, supervisors are extremely condescending

      Location is good, nice building

      Cons

      It says estimated annual salary would be around 68k for an insurance agent. Complete lie as the new compensation plan didn't go into effect until April 1st 2019. It would be a stretch to even make a commission on the busiest of months. Once new leadership came on board everything went down hill. Used to be a great place to work. Now micro managed, overworked, underpaid, no consistency. Call center in Saint Pete is now a churn center. No loyalty to the employees.
