      Very Slow, Boring, and Uninspiring

      I get paid on time

      I get paid very little Very, very old average age, seems like everyone has gray hair here On site food is garbage Imagine the most boring office you can think of. This is worse than that. No wifi Slowest work pace I've ever experienced. If a project finishes two weeks late, it's practically done early. Garbage management The work environment is so miserable, it ruins my time away from the office because all I can think about is how much it's going to suck going back in the next day.

      Dedicated staff striving to provide quality service to members.

      Cons

      Very low morale. Five new VPs within the past year that do not understand or respect established culture. Employees caught in middle of turf wars between VPs seeking to establish a culture they brought from their prior job. Directors that are busy empire building and self promoting while failing to earn staff trust and respect . Displays of favoritism and retaliation along with unprofessional drama. Mediocre training and lacking in current technology in some business areas. Top heavy senior management with seven VPs, multiple directors and managers. All that senior management for a company with less than 300 employees. Average to mediocre benefit package.

      good work life balance - I didn't feel like I needed to work 80 hours a week here.

      Cons

      felt like it was back in the 80s. Lack of updated technology, lack of communication. Salaries were below industry standard
