      New leadership is enthusiastic but out of touch. Fear based and consequence driven. Micromanaging and dictatorial.

      Time off, profitability, 401k, benefits albeit costly

      Cons

      Fear based management, no focus on employees, unrealistic expectations, out with the old in with the new, dictatorship, micromanaging, overwhelming constant change, big brother watching approach. ..no recognition or unrealistic thresholds, no regard for employees or customers who built company.

      Pros

      Pay is decent at entry level.

      Cons

      This company caters to the lazy. Those that work hard, get more work. Those that don't, get to play games on their phones and eat pizza all day. NOT equal work for equal pay. They are driving all the hard workers to other employers. Mandatory overtime is daily in the summertime, although they claim it is only for emergency situations.

      Pros

      It's a job. There are no pros this company is horrible and the people in charge don't care about the employees.

      Cons

      We are supposed to serve our members in their time of need but management is more concerned about us being at work for 10+ hours a day. We are scripted to tell members they may have to wait 2.5 hrs for service because we don't have anyone coming to you. Instead of worrying about us, get more contractors that's willing to service our members.
