      Pros

      Great work life balance and encourages me to challenge myself. The senior leadership really trusts you to get your work done and produce high end results.

      Cons

      Be careful what you choose as your starting salary, it is negotiable but sticks around for awhile (until performance reviews)

      Pros

      The AAMC has fantastic benefits for employees including free health care. Additionally, the leadership seems to understand the importance of a good work/life balance to employee retention and productivity.

      Cons

      I can't speak for how it is now. But as of 2014, there was not enough focus on trying to promote employees from within.
