      Great organization, ceo is transparent.

      Cons

      Dont expect to grow here. If you are looking to move into a director position, it wont happen.

      Pros

      -The AAMC is small enough where you can feel like what you do matters. There's not so much of a hierarchy where you feel like your contributions will never have an impact. -They regularly solicit feedback to determine how to make this a better place to work. -Great location, in a gorgeous building -Salaries are competitive for the non-profit sector

      Cons

      -Many of the departments here hire for fairly niche skills and interests -The HR department has been making strides, but still has ways where they can improve -Most of the people here are wonderful, hard-working individuals, but there are some who seem to have snuck in and can be very frustrating to work with -Lunch options in the immediate area are plentiful, but can get more expensive than other neighborhoods
