As an independent contributor, this role can allow you to be innovative in your own work.

Cons

A political black whole of cliques that only look out for their own. Cliques are usually formed my gender, sexuality, marital status, having children, using new staff to intimidate current staff (so new vs. old), etc. It may take a long time to see these patterns but you must stay aware and alert.

Had a difficult interview for the position in which I was temping however it was a good overall experience.
