      Flexible, generous vacation and sick days Generous 401k match. Not too bad with Insurance. Flexible work hours. Occasional telecommuting. Generous training opportunities , if in IT.

      Cons

      Not aggressive, beauracratic, tends to move slowly. Tend to ignore junior employees. Tend to be over managed. Career stagnation possible.
