ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages reviews

I was asked by my manager to write a Glassdoor review. She didn't specifically say to write a positive review but it was implied, as is the case with so many things at this company. I've been very conflicted about her request because I believe the company should fix the issues instead of cheating the system. To be honest, this is making me reevaluate working for ACCB, so here I am leaving this review, which will probably get me fired, but integrity should matter ... which it used to at this company and its owners.

Used to be a great employer but ever since the merger in 2017 this company has lost its integrity and values. All the leadership roles have been replaced by soulless and heartless narcissist that only care about this month’s sales. The times of actually partnering with customers to building long-term relationships are a thing of the past. These days, it’s just about who we can screw over to make a quick buck! Unfortunately, this doesn’t extend to only customers but employees too. What used to be great benefits are now only mediocre; with high-deductible healthcare plans, company picnics to Dorney Park that have been replaced with the occasional pizza party, and even the dissolution of the pension plan. Nothing says “we value our employees” like the intensional screwing over of employees that have stood by this company. So much more to say, but do yourself a favor and stay away.
