Pros

Work is M-F, 40hrs, weekends and Paid Holidays off.

Cons

Not being able to diffuse members or clients (the clubs) when they become disrespectful. Management has "favorites" and will only offer advancement opportunities to those they favor. Back in the early Summer of 2019, we were brought into a meeting with some higher ups who told us they were training people in Thailand to help expand the company internationally. They swore this is to help create more money and opportunities for the company and had NOTHING to do with our jobs. Guess what? In October of this year we were told our position was being terminated and that they were outsourcing our jobs to Thailand. Only certain departments would remain US based. People cried during that zoom meeting. We were told some would have their jobs until April, others until July. They would offer a $1500 bonus and hob help for 6 months if we stayed on until then. They wanted to hold us hostage. They haven't even told the clients (the clubs) that they outsourced.

Pros

The training for the position is very informal.

Cons

The amount of information needed to perform the job duties requires a lot of studying (approximately 6 weeks). Immediately After training the engagement with the members of the clubs is expected to be perfect or you will be audited.

Pros

Monthly and daily bonus up to $350. End of year bonus. Can choose your shift as long as your metrics and attendance are good.

Cons

You are constantly cursed out by members. Not able to advise to callers to refrain from foul language. Calls are very robotic due to scripts. Calls are scored by computer system, if scripts are not said verbatim you loose points, which means less bonus. If you talk fast or slow the system will not score you correctly. Nepotism.
